These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any vehicle booking made with Cabs on Hire ("we", "us"). By submitting a booking or enquiry, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings and fare confirmation

Fares shown on this website (per-km rates for each vehicle class) are starting/indicative rates. Your final fare — including exact vehicle, route, tolls, state permits, and any applicable taxes — is confirmed directly with our team over call or WhatsApp before your trip is booked. A booking is only confirmed once our team verifies these details with you.

2. Vehicle and driver assignment

We assign a vehicle and verified driver appropriate to your selected class and group size. Exact vehicle make/model may vary from any representative images shown on this site, though the seating class and category will match what was confirmed.

3. Payment

This website does not process online payments. Payment terms (advance, on-trip, or on completion) are agreed directly with our team at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations and refunds

5. Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate pickup/drop locations, travel dates, and contact details
• Be available at the agreed pickup point and time
• Treat drivers and vehicles with respect; any damage caused by passengers may be chargeable

6. Delays and circumstances beyond our control

We aim to be punctual, but delays can occur due to traffic, weather, roadblocks, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from such delays, though we will keep you informed and do our best to minimise disruption.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the fare paid for that specific trip. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. missed flights or events) except where required by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
